Every individual adjusts to their new mattress differently. We want to be sure you have the time to get your best night’s sleep which maximizes your productivity. We also want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer the 90-Night Sleep Assurance™. It is asked of you to try it for a minimum of 30 nights and if you do not fall in love with your new mattress before your trial ends, call us at 855-688-6522. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can not find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money less shipping charges. After your first 90 nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 12 Year Limited Warranty.

Your hand-crafted to order mattress will be ready for delivery approximately 10-15 days after you receive your confirmation email. Once your mattress is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery professionals for appointment scheduling.
